The creator of BRECOURT, Emilie Bouge, has a long tradition of Maîtres Parfumeurs of Grasse (France), from where she starter to give birth to selected and innovative niche fragrances. Deeply inspired by the olfactory emotions of her personal past , she considers the context as the strongest carrier of feelings, as it brings back to memory the other senses.

The range of scents “Ephémère” aims at exploring the old and sometimes forgotten universe of rare and precious essences, often abandoned by the modern perfumery, due to high costs or because the raw materials are produced in such a limited quantity that a mass production is not possible.
The creation becomes “Ephemeral” as the commercial continuity of the product is not guaranteed, as it is linked to the availability, the quality and the quantity of the raw material.
The creation will remain only in the souvenir of the ones who were able to discover it.
